摘要
利用VOF模型对洗涤塔4种气/水分布结构进行了CFD模拟,获得了压力分布、气/水分布和进出口压差结果。模拟结果表明:升气筒能够防止外侧液面波动对内侧气体流动的影响,限制液面波动范围,较小整体气体流动压差,增加流动的稳定性;挡水板能够阻止气体沿内筒外壁快速上升,增加合成气与水的混合程度。因此,从压力分布、气/水分布和进出口压差的角度来说,具有升气筒和挡水板的气/水分布器结构(结构4)是较为合理的分布结构。
The CFD simulation by VOF model has been used in this paper to predict the different structures of gas-water distributor in syngas scrubber.The results of four structures pressure distribution,gas-water distributing and pressure difference between inlet and outlet have been obtained.The simulation results indicates that the gas rising cylinder can prevent the influence of the outside liquid fluctuation to the inside gas flow,reduce the range of liquid fluctuation,decrease the total gas flow pressure difference and increase the flowing stability.The water baffle can prevent gas rapid rising along wall and improve the mixing level of gas and water.As a result,the gas-water distributor with gas rising cylinder and water baffle is the best distribution structure on the point of pressure distribution,gas-water distribution and pressure difference between inlet and outlet.
