中国共产党教材思想的百年演进与基本经验

On the Evolution and Fundamental Experience of Textbook Ideologies of the Communist Party of China over the Past 100 Years

一百年来,中国共产党因时、因地、因势制宜,充分发挥教材的启蒙火种、思想武器、知识载体、战略抓手、育人依托和精神火炬功能,形成了党领导教材建设的思想谱系。确立教材工作指导方针、创建教材建设组织机构、汇集教材编写专业人才、完善教材审核把关制度、形成教材出版发行渠道,构建了党百年教材思想的落实机制。可以说,坚持党管教材、领袖推动的政治传统,发挥动员人民、图存图强的宣教功能,践行为党育人、为国育才的初心使命,打造德才兼备、大家云集的人才队伍,探寻政治规导、科学适切的张力平衡,健全统分相宜、精准施策的制度体系,构成了党领导教材建设的基本经验,为新时代教材建设守正创新、行稳致远提供了思想坐标和行动指南。

Over the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China has given full play to textbook’functions as a spark of enlightenment,an ideological weapon,a knowledge carrier, a strategic stronghold,a nurturing support and a spiritual torch.It has formed an ideological genealogy of the Party’s leadership in the construction of textbooks in response to the changes of the times,places and situations.The proposal on guidelines for the textbook work,the creation of the organizational structure for the textbook construction,the gathering of a talented team of textbook editors and reviewers,the improvement of the design of the textbook review system and the exploration of channels for publishing and distribution showed the implementation of the Party’s textbook ideologies over the past 100 years.It can be said that the fundamental experience of the Party in leading the textbook construction were constituted with adhering to the political tradition of Party-controlled and leader-promoted textbook,exerting educational functions of mobilizing the people and pursuing survival and greatness,practicing the original mission of nurturing people and talents for the Party and the country,building a team of talents with both intelligence and virtue,exploring the balance between political regulation and scientific appropriateness,and perfecting the institutional system of appropriate unification and division and precise policy-making.It has provided ideological indicators and action guidelines for the inheritance,innovation,modernity and advancement of textbook construction in the new era.
