A Study on Kang Youwei's View of"The Confucianism is the Religion of Humanity"--Based on Kang Youwei's Note on The Doctrine of the Mean

“孔教为人道教”说是康有为孔教思想中的独特理论。这一说法缘起于对戊戌之际孔教困境的回应,其理论建构及后续展开的过程又与康有为的《中庸注》有着直接和内在的联系。本文试图借助对《中庸注》的解读,揭示康有为这一理论的种种微意。

The view of“The Confucianism is the Religion ofHumanity”was a characteristic theory in Kang Youwei's thoughts ofConfucianism.This theory was originally a response to the predicament ofConfucianism during the Wuxu Reform,and the theoretical construction anddevelopment afterwards had directly inherent connection with Kang's Noteon The Doctrine of the Mean.This paper attempts to illuminate all sorts ofhis subtle thoughts,on the basis of the interpretation of his Note on TheDoctrine of the Mean.
