高压静电场处理对甘薯采后愈伤的促进效应 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨高压静电场处理对甘薯采后的愈伤效应,在单因素实验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计原理,以木质素含量为响应值,优化处理参数。结果表明,高压静电场促进甘薯愈伤的最佳作用条件为:电场强度800 kV/m、处理时间10.0 h、作用温度26.0℃。在此条件下,木质素质量分数为4.82%,与理论预测值相比,误差为0.2%。影响木质素合成的高压静电场处理影响因素为:作用温度>作用时间>电场强度。愈伤期间,相对于对照组,高压静电场处理可以使甘薯受损部位间苯三酚染色更深;高压静电场处理的相对电导率和MDA含量均显著降低,更有利于保护细胞膜。高压静电场处理能提高受损甘薯愈合速度。 In order to investigate the effect of high voltage electrostatic field(HVEF)treatment on wound healing of sweet potato after harvest,based on the single factor experiment and Box-Behnken central composition design principle,the processing parameters were optimized with lignin content as the response value.Results showed that the optimum conditions were obtained.The results were as follows:electric field intensity 800 kV/m,action time 10.0 h and action temperature 26.0℃.Under this condition,compared with the theoretically predicted value,the lignin content was 4.82%with the error of 0.2%.The influencing factors of HVEF treatment on lignin synthesis were:operative temperature>operative time>electric field intensity.During wound healing,HVEF treatment would make the damaged parts stained darker with phloroglucinol,lower relative conductivity and lower MDA content,which was more conducive to the protection of cell membrane.It was suggested that HVEF treatment could promote wound healing speed.
