摘要
基于西安市784名大学生的样本数据,通过因子分析方法考察大学生体育锻炼、情商、学习表现之间的关联,进而以体育锻炼为自变量、以情商为中间变量,检验它们对学习表现的影响。结果表明:大学生体育锻炼对其情商和学习表现均具有显著正向影响,大学生情商对其学习表现具有显著的正向影响,情商在体育锻炼对学习表现的影响过程中起中介作用。
The dimensions of physical exercise,emotional intelligence and academic performance were studied by a sample of 784 university students in Xi′an through empirical research methods.The impact of physical exercise as the independent variable on learning performance with emotional intelligence as an intermediary variables were investigted.The results show that physical exercise has significant positive impact on students′emotional quotient(EQ)and academic performance.Students′EQ has significant positive impact on their academic performance and plays the partial mediating role between physical exercise and learning performance.
