摘要
铜铅分离是复杂硫化矿选矿的难题之一。本文归纳了黄铜矿、方铅矿难以分离的原因,介绍了现阶段铜铅硫化矿浮选分离的工艺流程,总结了铜铅浮选分离的药剂制度和研究进展,并指出新型方铅矿抑制剂的研发、电位调控浮选工艺的完善和多种分离工艺联合使用是未来铜铅分离研究的重点。
The separation of copper and lead is one of the difficult problems in the mineral processing of complex sulphide ores.This paper summarizes the reasons why it is difficult to separate chalcopyrite and galena,introduces the technological process of flotation separation of copper-lead sulphide ore at the present stage,and summarizes the reagent system and research progress of copper-lead flotation separation.it is pointed out that the research and development of new galena inhibitors,the improvement of potentialregulated flotation process and the combined use of various separation processes are the key points of copper-lead separation research in the future.
