摘要 针对某黄金精炼厂一种高银合质金进行了湿法提纯工艺研究。该工艺主要包括粉化造粒、硝酸分银、氯化分金、金还原、废水及废气处理等工序组成。结果表明,采用以上工艺处理高银合质金硝酸分银率达98%以上,氯化分金率达99%以上,产出的金粉纯度大于99.99%,且质量稳定。该工艺具有提纯速度快、处理成本低等优点,可有效解决金、银互相包裹的问题,为企业创造了可观的经济效益,在黄金生产领域具有一定的推广价值。 Hydrometallurgical purification of gold alloy with high silver content from a gold smelting company was investigated.The process included powdering,silver leaching with nitric acid,gold leaching with chlorination,the treatment of waste water as well as waste gas.The results show that silver leaching rate with nitric acid can reach above 98%,and gold leaching rate with chlorination can reach above 99%by applying the process.The quality of gold powder produced with a purification over 99.99%was steady.The problem of gold and silver wrapping each other can be solved effectively.The process has advantages of fast purication and low cost,which creates considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.The process also has application value in the gold production area.
