摘要
针对刚果(金)某氧化钴铜矿高云母、高钴铜结合率的特点进行了实验室选矿工艺试验,通过多种工艺探索,根据矿石性质特点确定了筛分分级-粗粒再磨反浮选-细泥摇床重选的联合工艺流程,该工艺流程在原矿含钴1.26%和铜0.73%的条件下,产出总钴精矿含钴4.74%和铜2.44%,钴总回收率达到79.38%、铜总回收率达到71.04%,反浮选抛除了大量的碱性脉石矿物,为后续的钴铜湿法浸出降低酸耗夯实了基础。
According to the characteristics of high mica and high cobalt binding rate of a cobalt-copper oxide ore in Congo(DRC),the beneficiation process was studied.Through a variety of process exploration,combined with the characteristics of ore property analysis,the combined process flowsheet of screening classification-coarse grained reverse flotation-fine slime shaker gravity separation was determined.Under the condition of 1.26%cobalt and 0.73%copper in the raw ore,the total cobalt concentrate contains 4.74%cobalt and 2.44%copper,the total cobalt recovery rate reaches 79.38%,and the total copper recovery rate reaches 71.04%.At the same time,a large number of alkaline gangue minerals are discarded.The study laid a solid foundation for the subsequent wet leaching of cobalt and copper to reduce acid consumption.
