摘要
本文对火试金富集-火焰原子吸收法测定金矿石中金含量的不确定度评定,对测量过程中引入的不确定度来源进行了详细分析,主要不确定度包括样品的称样、试样制备体积、工作曲线拟合及测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量,分别计算出各个分量的不确定度,通过合成得到测量结果的合成不确定度、扩展不确定度及测试结果。
Sources for uncertainty were analyzed in detail for the determination of gold content in gold ores by fire assay preconcentration–atomic absorption spectrometry.The main uncertainty was mainly introduced by the following factors:sample mass,volumetric,calibration curve,measurement repeatability.The individual uncertainty arising from each source,defined as a component of uncertainty,was calculated.The combined uncertainty together with the expanded uncertainty of measurement results were obtained by combining every calculated components of uncertainty and the result.
