超声多模态乳腺癌诊断与生物学预后因子的相关性研究进展

Research Progress in the Correlation Between Ultrasound Multimodal Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Biological Prognostic Factors

乳腺癌是女性患病率最高的癌症之一,其发生、发展与分子生物学行为密切相关,并对其治疗方案的选择具有指导性作用。超声医学凭借自身的优势,始终作为乳腺癌筛查的首选影像学检查方式。目前对乳腺癌超声声像图特征与生物学预后因子之间是否存在某种相关性尚未得到明确结论。本文针对目前对乳腺癌与生物学预后因子表达的相关性、超声多模态乳腺癌诊断与生物学预后因子的相关性研究现状进行综述。

Breast cancer is one of the cancers with the highest prevalence in women.Its occurrence and development are closely related to its molecular biological behavior,and it has a guiding role in the selection of its treatment options.With its own advantages,ultrasound medicine has always been the preferred imaging method for breast cancer screening.At present,there is no clear conclusion about whether there is any correlation between the features of breast cancer ultrasound sonogram and biological prognostic factors.This article reviews the current status of research on the correlation between breast cancer and the expression of biological prognostic factors,and the correlation between ultrasound multimodal breast cancer diagnosis and biological prognostic factors by scholars from domestic and foreign.
