空中立交桥搭建前后效益分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 空中立交桥的搭建能有效减少飞行冲突数量、降低管制员工作负荷,但会损失其它航路的容量。随着空中立交桥越搭越多,目前航路网的运行效率不升反降,如何对搭建的空中立交桥效益进行评价已成为当前关注的热点问题。基于投入产出思想提出风险收益、容流收益概念,从航路容量、碰撞风险等特征参数出发,针对航路交叉点构建空中立交桥的效益评估模型。最后,根据航路交叉点实际运行数据,以武汉立交桥及宜宾立交桥为例计算出搭建立交桥的总效益DE_(B)。通过与民航相关管理部门的专家经验相对比,验证模型的合理性,得出在航班流量大、运行复杂度高的繁忙交叉点更适宜搭建空中立交桥的结论。 The construction of air overpass can reduce flight conflict and controller workload,but the cost is to lose the capacity of other routes.With more and more overpasses built in the air,the operation efficiency of the current air route network is not rising but falling,which leads to a problem:how to evaluate the benefits of building air overpasses.In view of the problem of building air overpass to solve the flight conflict at route intersection,there is no research to evaluate the use of air overpass from the perspective of benefit analysis.Based on the idea of input-output,this paper puts forward the concept of risk income and flow capacity income.Starting from the characteristic parameters of route capacity and collision risk,this paper establishes a benefit evaluation model of overpass for the intersection of routes.Finally,according to the actual operation data of the route intersection,the typical Wuhan overpass and Yibin overpass are selected as examples to calculate the benefits of overpass construction.The rationality of the model is verified by comparing with the experience of experts from civil aviation management departments.In general,it is concluded that the larger the flight flows and the more complex the operation is,the more suitable the air overpass is to be built.
