摘要
本文阐述了一种水泥窑协同处置危废包装物智能上料投加技术,该技术具有智能抓取、输送、循环提升、定量锁风投料等功能,可取代目前水泥窑协同处置危废系统中的传统窑尾上料投加方式,显著提高窑协同处置危废的工业智能化程度与安全性,并显著提升水泥窑协同投加处置能力,具有较好的工业化应用和推广前景。
This paper describes a kind of intelligent feeding and dosing technology for hazardous waste packaging in cement kiln collaborative disposal. The technology has the functions of intelligent grasping, conveying, circulating lifting and quantitative air locking feeding. It can replace the traditional feeding and dosing method at the end of the kiln in the current cement kiln collaborative disposal of hazardous waste system, significantly improve the industrial intelligent degree and safety of the kiln collaborative disposal of hazardous waste, and significantly improve the quality of cement industry, which has good industrial application and promotion prospect.
