本文介绍我厂5 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线分级燃烧改造实例,针对我厂分级燃烧改造后出现的问题,进行再次技改。改造后解决了回转窑产量低,熟料强度差等问题,使回转窑产质量得到大幅度提升。

This article introduces an example of the staged combustion transformation of our plant’s 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line. In view of the problems that occur after the staged combustion transformation of our plant, another technical transformation is carried out. After the transformation, the problems of low output of the rotary kiln and poor clinker strength have been solved, and the output and quality of the rotary kiln have been greatly improved.
