Responsibility transfer of adduce evidence is a legal action to transfer the traditional plaintiff evidence system to defendant evidence system in case of lawsuits.It has its special application conditions and practical significances in our national civil suit.This paper,with due considerations of practical works,makes further study of responsibility transfer of adduce evidence,with purpose of solving the problem of the ascertainment of bidding collusion,thus making a reference for related works and research.
