摘要 目的分析两种不同免疫检验方法对乙肝病毒感染血清标志物的效果。方法以100例乙肝病毒感染患者为研究对象,研究时间为2018年12月-2019年12月,均实施电化学发光法、酶联免疫吸附法检验,检测血清标志物,对比检验结果。结果电化学发光法诊断准确率(91.00%)明显高于酶联免疫吸附法(74.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.008,P<0.05);电化学发光法检验HBeAg阳性率(32.00%)、HBsAg阳性率(71.00%)、HBeAb阳性率(29.00%)均高于酶联免疫吸附法HBeAg阳性率(17.00%)、HBeAg阳性率(52.00%)、HBeAb阳性率(14.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.082、7.623、6.666,P<0.05);电化学发光法检验HBcAb阳性率(73.00%)、HBsAb阳性率(18.00%)与酶联免疫吸附法的HBcAb阳性率(69.00%)、HBsAb阳性率(15.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.389、0.327,P>0.05)。结论电化学发光法、酶联免疫吸附法为乙肝病毒感染常用免疫检验方法,其中电化学发光法检验的诊断准确率最高,应用效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。 Objective To analyze the effects of two different immunoassay methods on serum markers of hepatitis B virus infection.Methods 100 patients with hepatitis B virus infection were taken as the research object.The study period was from December 2018 to December 2019.Electrochemiluminescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were performed to detect serum markers and compared the test results.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of electrochemiluminescence method(91.00%)was significantly higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent method(74.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.008,P<0.05);the positive rate of HBeAg detected by electrochemiluminescence method(32.00%),HBsAg positive rate(71.00%),HBeAb positive rate(29.00%)were higher than ELISA HBeAg positive rate(17.00%),HBeAg positive rate(52.00%),HBeAb positive rate(14.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.082,7.623,6.666,P<0.05);the positive rate of HBcAb(73.00%),the positive rate of HBsAb(18.00%)by electrochemiluminescence assay and the positive rate of HBcAb by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(69.00%)and HBsAb positive rate(15.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.389,0.327,P>0.05).Conclusion Electrochemiluminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay are commonly used immunoassay methods for hepatitis B virus infection.Among them,electrochemiluminescence method has the highest diagnostic accuracy rate and significant application effect,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
