对单纯白内障手术治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Simple Cataract Surgery in the Treatment of Angle-closure Glaucoma Combined with Cataract

目的对合并白内障的闭角型青光眼患者采取单纯白内障手术治疗,并分析其临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月在该院治疗的76例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组。对照组38例,采取青光眼、白内障联合手术治疗;观察组38例,采取单纯白内障手术治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、相关指标及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.74%,对照组为76.32%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.210,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的眼压、前房粘连闭合角度明显小于对照组,前房深度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应率为7.89%,对照组患者为26.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯白内障手术治疗可取得更加理想的治疗效果,同时可增加前房深度,降低前房粘连闭合角度及眼压,减少并发症发生。

Objective To treat patients with angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataracts with simple cataract surgery,and to analyze its clinical efficacy.Methods 76 patients with angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.38 cases in the control group were treated with combined glaucoma and cataract surgery;38 cases in the observation group were treated with simple cataract surgery.The treatment effects,related indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,and the control group was 76.32%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.210,P<0.05).After treatment,the intraocular pressure and anterior chamber adhesion closure angle of the observation group were significantly smaller than those of the control group.The anterior chamber depth was significantly greater than that of the control group,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.89%,and the control group was 26.32%,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of cataract alone can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect,at the same time it can increase the depth of the anterior chamber,reduce the angle of closure of anterior chamber adhesion and intraocular pressure,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
