循证护理和整体护理应用于手术室护理中的实践研究

Practical Research on the Application of Evidence-based Nursing and Holistic Nursing in Operating Room Nursing

目的研究循证护理和整体护理应用于手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选取在2018年1月—2019年9月来该院就诊的62例手术室患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用常规护理的基础上应用循证护理和整体护理。对比护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度93.55%与对照组74.19%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.292,P=0.038),观察组患者的手术总有效率96.77%与对照组67.74%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.952,P=0.003)。结论循证护理和整体护理应用于手术室护理中,有效提高了护理满意度,改善了患者的生活质量,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To study the application effect of evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in operating room nursing.Methods The 62 patients in the operating room who came to the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and set as the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing;the observation group used evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Compare the effect of care.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55%higher than that of the control group 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.292,P=0.038).The total effective rate of surgery in the observation group was 96.77%compared with 67.74%in the control group.Compared to higher,the difference is statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.952,P=0.003).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing and holistic nursing in operating room nursing can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
