呼吸内科肺癌患者护理中实施舒适护理应用的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Nursing Application in the Nursing of Lung Cancer Patients in Department of Respiratory Medicine

目的探究呼吸内科肺癌患者护理中实施舒适护理的护理效果。方法2018年12月—2019年12月随机选择在该院呼吸内科接受治疗的80例肺癌患者作为研究对象,并随机分为均等的研究组和对照组。对照组患者行常规护理方案,研究组患者行舒适护理方案。护理一段时间后,分别就两组患者护理效果、不良反应发生率和护理满意度进行对比。结果研究组患者心理(9.8±0.2)分、生理(9.3±0.2)分、环境(9.6±0.3)分,各项评分均高于对照组(6.6±0.2)分、(6.4±0.1)分、(7.2±0.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=71.554、82.024、30.357,P<0.05);不良反应发生率方面,研究组患者不良反应发生率为7.5%,而对照组不良反应发生率为42.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.066,P<0.05);护理满意度方面,研究组护理满意度为95.0%,而对照组的护理满意度仅为77.5%,差异有统计学有意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科肺癌患者给予舒适护理,可有效提高护理效果,减少不良反应的发生,从而提高患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in the nursing of lung cancer patients in respiratory medicine.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,80 lung cancer patients who were treated in the department of respiratory medicine of the hospital were randomly selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups of equal number of study group and control group.Patients in the control group underwent conventional nursing plans,and patients in the study group underwent comfortable nursing plans.After nursing for a period of time,the nursing effect,adverse reaction incidence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The psychological(9.8±0.2)points,physiological(9.3±0.2)points,environmental(9.6±0.3)points,and various scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group by(6.6±0.2)points,(6.4±0.1)points,(7.2±0.4)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=71.554,82.024,30.357,P<0.05);in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.5%,while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 42.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.066,P<0.05);in terms of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.0%,while that of the control group was only 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.164,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for patients with lung cancer in the department of respiratory medicine can effectively improve the nursing effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,there by improving patient satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
