不觉晓口服液对小鼠血清和肝脏抗氧化指标的影响

摘要 目的通过乙醇诱导小鼠氧化损伤模型,取血清和肝脏组织进行不觉晓口服液抗氧化指标的检测。方法该文2020年8月—10月期间选取100只小鼠为研究对象,将100只清洁级健康ICR小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白组、造模组及不觉晓口服液低、中、高剂量组[3.33、6.67、20.00 mL/(kg·bw)],连续灌胃30 d,末次灌胃后,空白组不禁食水,而造模组和不觉晓给药组禁食不禁水16 h,给予50%乙醇12 mL/(kg·bw)一次性灌胃,6 h后眼球取血并取肝组织,测定小鼠血清和肝组织中的抗氧化物酶(SOD)、抗氧化物质(GSH)、过氧化产物(MDA)的含量。结果与造模组相比,雄性组给予不觉晓口服液低、中、高剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌性组血清中GSH的含量高剂量组(64.47±0.78)μmol/L显著高于造模组(60.83±1.35)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),雌性组肝脏组织中GSH的含量中剂量组(3.32±0.18)μmol/L、高剂量组(4.20±0.34)μmol/L显著高于造模组(1.70±0.08)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血清和肝脏组织中,不觉晓口服液低、中、高剂量组与造模组相比,SOD活性均有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不觉晓口服液低、中、高剂量组与造模组相比,能够明显降低MDA的含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不觉晓口服液具有抗氧化损伤的作用,具有保护肝脏的作用。 Objective To detect the antioxidant indexes of Bujuexiao Oral Liquid by using ethanol-induced oxidative damage model in mice,taking serum and liver tissue.Methods In this article,100 mice were selected as the research objects from August to October 2020,and 100 clean-level healthy ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely the blank group,the model group and the Bujuexiao oral liquid low,medium,and high-dose groups[3.33 mL/(kg·bw),6.67 mL/(kg·bw),20.00 mL/(kg·bw)],continuous gavage for 30 d,after the last gavage,the blank group was not fasted with water,while the model and Bujuexiao administration fasting without water for 16 h,giving 50%ethanol 12 mL/(kg·bw)one-time gavage,6 h later,blood was taken from the eyeballs and liver tissues,and the antioxidant enzyme SOD,antioxidant substances GSH,the content of peroxidation product MDA.Results compared with the model group,the male group was given Bujuexiao oral liquid low,medium and high-dose groups with significant changes(P<0.05);the female group serum GSH content in the high-dose group(64.47±0.78)μmol/L was significantly higher than the model(60.83±1.35)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of GSH in the liver tissue of the female group was medium-dose group(3.32±0.18)μmol/L,high-dose group(4.20±0.34)μmol/L was significantly higher than the model(1.70±0.08)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In serum and liver tissues,the low,medium,and high dose groups of Bujuexiao Oral Liquid had a significant increase in SOD activity compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);low,medium and high doses of Bujuexiao Oral Liquid compared with the model group,which can significantly reduce the content of MDA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bujuexiao oral liquid has the effect of anti-oxidative damage and protects the liver.
