分析微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的应用价值

摘要 目的评估微创技术运用于创伤骨科患者治疗中的价值。方法该文方便选取2018年6月—2020年5月该医院创伤骨科纳入治疗的64例患者为研究对象,选择分组构建方法凭借随机抽签方式将患者分为参照组和研究组,各32例。研究组选取微创技术手术治疗方式,参照组选取常规手术治疗方式。分析临床疗效、术后并发症情况、手术操作所用时长、创伤骨科手术的切口长度、手术过程中流血总量、术后创口愈合所用时长、住院治疗所用时长、手术切口换药总次数。结果研究组治疗有效率(93.75%)高于参照组(71.88%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率(3.13%)低于参照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.654,P<0.05);研究组手术操作所用时长、创伤骨科手术的切口长度、手术过程中流血总量(63.40±3.59)min、(5.61±0.30)cm、(102.10±5.37)mL均优于参照组(91.38±4.50)min、(8.30±0.54)cm、(175.36±6.80)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=27.495、24.633、47.828,P<0.05);研究组术后创口愈合所用时长、住院治疗所用时长、手术切口换药总次数(12.25±1.50)d、(6.10±0.43)d、(6.12±0.20)次均少于参照组(14.60±2.18)d、(8.91±0.60)d、(7.30±0.36)次,差异有统计学意义(t=5.023、21.533、16.208,P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科患者治疗过程中使用微创技术存在较好治疗功效。 Objective To evaluate the value of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of orthopedic trauma patients.Methods The article selected convenient 64 patients who were admitted to the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 as the research objects.The group construction method was selected to divide the patients into the reference group and the study group by random lottery,with 32 cases in each group.The study group selected minimally invasive surgical treatment methods,and the reference group selected conventional surgical treatment methods.Analyzed the clinical efficacy,postoperative complications,surgical operation time,trauma orthopedic surgery incision length,total blood loss during surgery,postoperative wound healing time,hospitalization time,and total number of surgical incision dressing changes.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(93.75%)was higher than that of the reference group(71.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.379,P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate(3.13%)of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.654,P<0.05).The operation time,the incision length of trauma orthopedic surgery,the total amount of bleeding during the operation of the study group(63.40±3.59)min,(5.61±0.30)cm,and(102.10±5.37)mL were better than the reference group(91.38±4.50)min,(8.30±0.54)cm,(175.36±6.80)mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.495,24.633,47.828,P<0.05).The length of postoperative wound healing,the length of hospitalization,and the total number of surgical incision dressing changes in the study group(12.25±1.50)d,(6.10±0.43)d,and(6.12±0.20)times were lower than those in the reference group(14.60±2.18)d,(8.91±0.60)d,(7.30±0.36)times,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.023,21.533,16.208,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of orthopedic trauma patients has a good therapeutic effect.
