口腔显微镜在上颌第一磨牙根管治疗及再治疗中的应用

Application of Dental Microscope in Root Canal Treatment and Retreatment of Maxillary First Molars

目的探讨口腔显微镜在上颌第一磨牙根管治疗及再治疗中的应用效果。方法该研究采用随机数表法,方便选取2018年3月—2019年10月来该院就诊的250例上颌第一磨牙根管治疗及再治疗患者,随机分成对照组(125例)和观察组(125例)。对照组在直视状态下治疗,观察组在口腔显微镜状态下治疗;比较两组患者MB2根管的检出率及其治疗后3个月、6个月的疗效。结果观察组的MB2根管检出率为96.00%,高于对照组的56.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=54.825,P<0.05);对照组治疗后3个月、6个月的成功率分别为80.00%、76.00%,而观察组均为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.778、34.091,P<0.05)。结论口腔显微镜在上颌第一磨牙根管治疗及再治疗中的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者患牙症状,临床价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of dental microscope in the root canal treatment and retreatment of maxillary first molars.Methods The study used a random number table method to randomly divide 250 maxillary first molar root canal treatment and retreatment patients who came to the hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 and were conveniently selected into a control group(125 cases)and an observation group(125 cases).The control group was treated under direct vision,and the observation group was treated under a dental microscope;the detection rate of MB2 root canals of the two groups of patients and the curative effect of 3 months and 6 months after treatment were compared.Results The MB2 root canal detection rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 56.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=54.825,P<0.05);the success rate of the control group was 3 months and 6 months after treatment were 80.00%and 76.00%respectively,while the observation group was 100.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=27.778,34.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of dental microscope in the root canal treatment and retreatment of maxillary first molars is remarkable.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with teeth and has high clinical value.
