微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Micro-implant Anchorage in the Treatment of Adolescent Orthodontics

目的分析微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的效果。方法从该院口腔内科方便选取2019年5月—2020年5月收治的110例口腔正畸患者为研究对象,按照患者研究需求,采用差异化分组法,将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组55例,对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施正畸治疗,对比其最终正畸治疗效果,观察临床疗效、牙周情况、疼痛情况及不良事件发生率。结果研究组患者治疗有效性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.949,P<0.05),其中,研究组总有效率为96.36%,对照组总有效率为83.63%;且研究组患者牙周情况及疼痛评分情况对比显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=33.479、26.271、14.112、29.495,P<0.05);同时患者治疗不良事件发生率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.949,P<0.05)。结论青少年口腔正畸治疗过程中,给予患者微型种植体支抗治疗效果显著,可满足正畸需求,故而可推广到临床。

Objective To analyze the effect of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of adolescent orthodontics.Methods From the Department of Oral Medicine of the hospital,110 orthodontic patients admitted from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the research needs of the patients,the patients were divided intothe study groupand the control group using a differentiated grouping method.55 cases in each group,the control group received conventional treatment,andthe study groupreceived orthodontic treatment.The final orthodontic treatment effect was compared.The clinical efficacy,periodontal condition,pain condition and adverse event rate were observed by indicators.Results The treatment effectiveness ofthe study groupwas better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.949,P<0.05).Among them,the total effective rate ofthe study group was 96.36%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.63%;and the comparison of the condition and pain score of the periodontal patients ofthe study groupwas significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=33.479,26.271,14.112,29.495,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant in the incidence of adverse treatment events between patients(χ^(2)=4.949,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of adolescent orthodontic treatment,the micro-implant anchorage treatment has a significant effect on patients,which can meet the needs of orthodontics,so it can be extended to the clinic.
