血必净联合抗生素治疗ICU重症肺部感染的效果探讨

Study on the Effect of Xuebijing Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Severe Pulmonary Infection in ICU

目的研究血必净联合抗生素治疗重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)重症肺部感染的效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2019年11月该院ICU中75例重症肺部感染患者为研究对象,按照患者C反应蛋白水平(C-reactive protein,CRP)分为两组,≤100 mg/L的35例为对照组,仅接受抗生素治疗,>100 mg/L的40例为观察组,在抗生素基础上接受血必净治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗2周后白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、CRP、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗2周后CPIS评分为(0.37±0.16)分,与对照组(0.42±0.14)分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.430,P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为87.50%,与对照组(82.86%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.322,P>0.05)。结论血必净联合抗生素治疗ICU重症肺部感染CRP高水平患者能有效控制炎性水平,减低肺部感染评分,获得满意疗效。

Objective To study the effect of Xuebijing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of severe lung infections in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Methods 75 patients with severe lung infection in the ICU of the hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were conveniently selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to their C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,35 cases≤100 mg/L as the control group,only receiving antibiotic treatment,40 cases>100 mg/L as the observation group,receiving Xuebijing treatment on the basis of antibiotics,and comparing the treatment effects of the two groups.Results compared the levels of Interleukin-1(IL-1),Interleukin-6(IL-6),CRP,tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)in the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment and those of the control group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the CPIS score of the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment was(0.37±0.16)points,and the control group(0.42±0.14)points,the differences were not statistically significant(t=1.430,P>0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.50%,compared the control group(82.86%),the differences were not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.322,P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing combined with antibiotics in the treatment of ICU patients with severe pulmonary infection with high CRP levels can effectively control the inflammatory level,reduce the pulmonary infection score,and obtain satisfactory results.
