盐酸多奈哌齐对老年痴呆症患者生活能力、精神状态的影响

Effects of Donepezil Hydrochloride on the Living Ability and Mental State of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

目的探究盐酸多奈哌齐对老年痴呆症患者生活能力、精神状态的影响效果。方法随机抽取该院2018年9月—2020年6月收治的96例老年痴呆症患者开展研究,以随机数表法为依据,将进行常规治疗的入组对象分为对照组(48例,辅以吡拉西坦片口服)、观察组(48例,辅以盐酸多奈哌齐片口服),为期3个月,统计两组临床疗效,同时借助日常生活活动量表(activitics of dai-1y living,ADL)、简易智力状态量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评估患者用药前后的生活能力、精神状态。结果用药后,观察组总有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(79.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05);观察组ADL评分(79.39±9.20)分明显高于对照组(68.53±7.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.403,P<0.05);观察组MMSE评分(23.37±6.15)分明显高于对照组(19.45±5.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.372,P<0.05)。结论对老年痴呆症患者辅以盐酸多奈哌齐,疗效确切,且有助于改善患者精神状态,增强生活能力,让其尽早恢复正常生活及工作。

Objective To explore the effect of donepezil hydrochloride on the living ability and mental state of patients with alzheimer's disease.Methods 96 patients with alzheimer's disease admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to June 2020 were randomly selected for research.Based on the random number table method,the subjects who received conventional treatment were divided into the control group(48 cases,supplemented with piracetam tablets orally),observation group(48 cases,supplemented with donepezil hydrochloride tablets orally),for a period of 3 months,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was calculated,and the activities of daily living(activitics of dai-1y living,ADL),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)assesses the life ability and mental state of patients before and after medication.Results After medication,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that of the control group(79.17%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.095,P<0.05);the observation group’s ADL score(79.39±9.20)points was significantly higher than the control group(68.53±7.31)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.403,P<0.05);the MMSE score of the observation group(23.37±6.15)points was significantly higher than the control group(19.45±5.20)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.372,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with Alzheimer's disease supplemented with donepezil hydrochloride,the effect is definite,and it helps to improve the mental state of the patients,enhance their living ability,and let them return to normal life and work as soon as possible.
