围术期快速康复外科理念及心理护理在泌尿外科手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Perioperative Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Concept and Psychological Nursing in Patients Undergoing Urological Surgery

目的分析围术期快速康复外科治疗模式+心理护理在泌尿外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2018年8月—2020年8月住院治疗的102例泌尿外科手术患者,以单盲随机抽样法分组(每组病例数共计51例),参照组采纳传统护理,研究组采纳快速康复外科治疗模式+心理护理,对比两组SAS评分、SDS评分、舒适度评分、术后恢复指标、并发症发生率。结果研究组护理后SAS评分(33.62±1.46)分、SDS评分(31.05±1.26)分均高于参照组(44.82±2.49)分、(43.26±2.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=27.710、27.983,P<0.05)。研究组护理后舒适度评分(83.26±9.64)分高于参照组(71.26±5.67)分,研究组首次排气(23.26±11.24)h、首次排便(25.62±15.24)h、首次下床(21.26±15.34)h、住院时间(5.62±3.88)d,均短于参照组(31.26±15.24)h、(34.62±14.99)h、(33.92±20.34)h、(8.12±4.58)d,差异有统计学意义(t=7.663、3.017、3.003、12.708、2.974,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(3.92%)低于参照组(19.61%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.044 P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念+心理护理可有效减轻泌尿外科手术患者不良情绪,提高舒适度,缩短住院时间,减少并发症,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical treatment mode+psychological nursing in urological surgery patients.Methods 102 patients with urology surgery who were hospitalized in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were convenient selected and grouped by single-blind random sampling(the number of cases in each group was 51),the reference group adopted traditional nursing care,and the study group adopted rapid rehabilitation surgical treatment model+psychological nursing was adopted,and the SAS score,SDS score,comfort score,postoperative recovery index,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score(33.62±1.46)points and SDS score(31.05±1.26)points of the study group after nursing were higher than the reference group(44.82±2.49)points,(43.26±2.85)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.710,27.983,P<0.05).The comfort score of the study group after nursing(83.26±9.64)points was higher than that of the reference group(71.26±5.67)points.The study group had first exhaustion(23.26±11.24)h and first defecation(25.62±15.24)h,getting out of bed for the first time(21.26±15.34)h,hospitalization time(5.62±3.88)d were shorter than the reference group(31.26±15.24)h,(34.62±14.99)h,(33.92±20.34)h,(8.12±4.58)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.663,3.017,3.003,12.708,2.974,P<0.05).Complications occurred in the study group(3.92%)was lower than that of the reference group(19.61%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.044,P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgical concept+psychological care can effectively alleviate the bad mood of urological surgery patients,improve comfort,shorten hospital stay,reduce complications,it is worth learning.
