系统化护理对慢性胃炎胃溃疡患者效果及心理状态分析

Analysis of the effect and psychological state of systemic nursing on patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer

目的分析系统化护理对慢性胃炎胃溃疡患者效果及心理状态情况。方法方便选取该院2018年8月—2020年8月收治的94例慢性胃炎胃溃疡患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组47例给予常规护理,研究组47例采用系统化护理,对两组效果及心理状态进行比较。结果护理后,研究组总有效率95.74%高于对照组80.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05);研究组患者SAS(32.46±3.09)分、SDS(31.88±4.37)分比对照组少,且研究组生活质量评分(88.09±9.21)分高于对照组(75.68±10.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.147、9.234、6.020,P<0.05);研究组临床满意度93.61%比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.371,P<0.05)。结论护理人员将系统化护理应用于性胃炎胃溃疡患者,能改善患者不良心态及其生活质量,提升其护理效果及满意度,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing on patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer and their psychological status.Methods Convenient to select 94 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer were admitted to this hospital from August 2018 to August 2020.They were divided into two groups according to a random number table.47 cases in the control group were given routine care,and 47 cases in the study group were treated with systematic care.Compare group effects and mental state.Results After nursing the total effective rate of the study group was 95.74%higher than that of the control group(80.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05).SAS score(32.46±3.09)points and SDS score(31.88±4.37)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score of the study group(88.09±9.21)points was higher than that of the control group(75.68±10.72)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.147,9.234,6.020,P<0.05);The clinical satisfaction of the study group was 93.61%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.371,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff can apply systematic nursing to patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer,which can improve the patients'unhealthy mentality and quality of life,and enhance their nursing effect and satisfaction.It is clinically worthy of promotion and use.
