蜂针穴位点刺法治疗风寒湿型类风湿性关节炎的护理

Nursing Care of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by Bee Acupuncture at Acupoint

目的探究蜂针穴位点刺法治疗风寒湿型类风湿性关节炎的护理效果。方法方便选取该院2019年9月—2020年5月诊治的风寒湿型类风湿性关节炎患者102例作为研究对象,按随机平均分组的方式,将患者平均分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组给予蜂针穴位点刺法治疗与常规护理,观察组给予蜂针穴位点刺法治疗及中医特色护理。比较两组患者的临床症状及红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)临床水平指标。结果观察组经护理后各临床症状[压痛指数(1.71±0.68)、肿胀指数(1.67±0.47)、关节功能障碍(1.72±0.38)级、晨僵时间(0.45±0.24)h、关节疼痛个数(1.41±0.37)个、关节疼痛度(1.31±0.27)分]等均明显优于对照组(2.25±0.33)、(2.09±0.56)、(2.29±0.37)级、(0.71±0.20)h、(1.75±0.42)个、(1.98±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.102、4.103、7.675、5.943、4.338、9.747,P<0.05);观察组患者的各临床水平指标均低于对照组,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(t=2.716、5.279、2.244,P<0.05)。结论蜂针穴位点刺法治疗风寒湿型类风湿性关节炎的中医特色护理临床效果显著,并可以缓解患者压痛指数、肿胀指数、关节功能障碍、晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数、关节疼痛度等临床症状,降低ESR、CRP、RF临床水平指标,意义重大。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of bee acupuncture point acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis of wind-cold-dampness type.Methods Convenient to select 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random average grouping,the patients were divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group was given bee-needle acupoint acupuncture treatment and conventional nursing,and the observation group was given bee-needle acupoint acupuncture treatment and traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The clinical symptoms and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and rheumatoid factor(RF)clinical level indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the clinical symptoms of the observation group[tenderness index(1.71±0.68),swelling index(1.67±0.47),joint dysfunction(1.72±0.38),morning stiffness time(0.45±0.24)h,number of joint pain(1.41±0.37),joint pain(1.31±0.27)points]were all significantly better than the control group(2.25±0.33),(2.09±0.56),(2.29±0.37)grade,(0.71±0.20)h,(1.75±0.42),(1.98±0.41)scores,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.102,4.103,7.675,5.943,4.338,9.747,P<0.05).The clinical level indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.716,5.279,2.244,P<0.05).Conclusion The bee acupuncture point needling method has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with rheumatoid arthritis.It can relieve the patient's tenderness index,swelling index,joint dysfunction,morning stiffness,number of joint pain,and degree of joint pain.It is of great significance to reduce the clinical level indicators of ESR,CRP,and RF such as clinical symptoms.
