双心护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用

Application of Dual-heart Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探讨双心护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法该研究对象为方便选取该院2019年11月—2020年2月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者76例,按照随机分组的原则分为对照组与联合组,其中对照组患者40例,联合组患者36例。对照组患者实施常规护理模式,联合组在常规护理的基础上另外加用双心护理。比较两组的心理状态及护理效果。结果干预14 d后,两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分对比,对照组分别为(34.2±4.1)分、(40.3±5.5)分高于联合组(29.5±3.2)分、(36.8±3.7)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.526、3.217,P<0.05);两组护理有效率对比,对照组72.50%(29/40)低于联合组97.22%(35/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.709,P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床护理,在常规护理的基础上联合双心护理,对改善患者心态及身体状况具有积极意义,具应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of dual-heart nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Convenient to selected subjects of this study were 76 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were hospitalized in the hospital from November 2019 to February 2020.They were divided into the control group and the combination group according to the principle of randomization.Among them,there were 40 patients in the control group and the combination group of 36 patients.Patient in the control group implemented conventional nursing mode,and the combined group used dual-heart nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Compare the two groups,psychological state and nursing effect.Results After 14 days of intervention,the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the two groups were compared.The scores of the control group were(34.2±4.1)points and(40.3±5.5)points respectively higher than those of the combination group(29.5±3.2)points and(36.8±3.7)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.526,3.217,P<0.05);the effective rate of nursing care between the two groups is compared,72.50%(29/40)of the control group is lower than 97.22%(35/36)of the combination group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.709,P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,combining dual-heart nursing on the basis of conventional nursing has positive significance and application value in improving the mentality and physical condition of patients.
