内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃肠道肿瘤的护理要点

Nursing Points of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection for Gastrointestinal Tumors

目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃肠道肿瘤患者的临床护理要点。方法回顾性选取2017年2月—2020年2月该院肠胃科采用内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗患者60例,依据患者围术期护理方法分为参照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30)两组,其中参照组给予常规手术护理模式,而研究组实施高质量护理配合模式,统计分析两组患者的手术时间、禁食时间、住院时间、并发生发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者高质量护理配合干预后手术时间、禁食时间及住院时间均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理干预后并发症发生率6.7%(2/30)显著低于参照组26.7%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,研究组为96.7%(29/30),参照组为70.0%(21/30),前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。结论胃肠道肿瘤患者内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗期间高质量护理配合干预更能有效促进患者恢复,保障手术治疗成功。

Objective To explore the main points of clinical nursing for patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection.Methods A retrospective selection of 60 patients treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection in the gastroenterology department of the hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were divided into reference group(n=30)and study group(n=30),the reference group was given a routine surgical nursing model,while the research group implemented a high-quality nursing cooperation model,and statistically analyzed the operation time,fasting time,hospitalization time,incidence rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The operation time,fasting time and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group after high-quality care and intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the study group after nursing intervention was 6.7%(2/30)significantly lower than that of the reference group 26.7%(8/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the study group was 96.7%(29/30)and the reference group was 70.0%(21/30).The former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing and intervention during the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection can effectively promote the recovery of patients and ensure the success of surgical treatment.
