米非司酮配伍散结镇痛胶囊口服用于异位妊娠保守治疗的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of Mifepristone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮配伍散结镇痛胶囊口服对异位妊娠保守治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—6月门诊及住院确诊为异位妊娠的患者90例为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式分组实施研究,即对照组与观察组各45例。对照组采用米非司酮片治疗,观察组采用米非司酮配伍散结镇痛胶囊口服治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后血清β-HCG及P水平变化情况,各项症状改善时间及患者再妊娠情况。结果观察组包块吸收时间、阴道出血停止时间及血β-HCG转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前血β-HCG及P水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组再次异位妊娠率、继发性不孕及宫内妊娠率与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论异位妊娠采用米非司酮配伍散结镇痛胶囊治疗,患者的激素水平得以改善,包块吸收时间、阴道出血停止时间及血β-HCG转阴时间更短,且不影响患者再次宫内妊娠。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 90 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed in outpatient and inpatients from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone tablets,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule.The serumβ-hCG levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared The changes of P and P levels,the improvement time of various symptoms and the re pregnancy of patients.Results The mass absorption time,vaginal bleeding stop time and bloodβ-hCG negative time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the bloodβ-hCG and P levels of the observation group had no significant change before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment,the levels of serumβ-hCG and P in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the rate of ectopic pregnancy,secondary infertility and intrauterine pregnancy between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment,mifepristone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule can improve the hormone level of patients,shorten the absorption time of mass,stop time of vaginal bleeding and negative time of bloodβ-hCG,and does not affect the patients're intrauterine pregnancy.
