地塞米松辅助葡萄糖酸钙与缩宫素联合预防高危剖宫产产后出血的效果观察

Effect of Dexamethasone combined with calcium gluconate and oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in high-risk cesarean section

目的探讨地塞米松辅助葡萄糖酸钙与缩宫素联合预防高危剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月抚州市第一人民医院收治的高危剖宫产产妇80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各40例。对照组术中给予葡萄糖酸钙预防产后出血,观察组给予葡萄糖酸钙+地塞米松预防产后出血,2组术后均肌注20 U缩宫素。比较2组临床疗效、术后出血量及药物不良反应情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高,术中及术后24 h总出血量较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高危剖宫产产妇应用地塞米松辅助葡萄糖酸钙与缩宫素能减少出血量,增强预防产后出血效果,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of dexamethasone combined with calcium gluconate and oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after high-risk cesarean section.Methods 80 cases of high-risk cesarean section in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given calcium gluconate to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,and the observation group was given calcium gluconate+dexamethasone to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Both groups were given intramuscular injection of 20 u oxytocin.The clinical efficacy,postoperative blood loss and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the total blood loss was less in the operation and 24N after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the total blood loss was less in the operation and 24N after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with calcium gluconate and oxytocin can reduce the amount of bleeding,enhance the effect of prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,and has high safety.
