富血小板血浆联合通络通痹汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Effect of platelet rich plasma combined with modified Tongluo Tongbi decoction on knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)应用富血小板血浆(PRP)+通络通痹汤治疗的效果。方法纳入90例KOA患者并随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组各30例。A组采取口服中药通络通痹汤治疗,B组采取PRP经关节腔内注射治疗,C组应用中药通络通痹汤联合PRP治疗,比较3组临床疗效及疼痛(VAS评分)情况。结果C组治疗总有效率93.33%,明显高于A组的70.00%与B组的73.33%(P<0.05),A、B 2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组治疗后2周、8周、12周、16周的VAS评分显著低于A、B 2组(P<0.05),A、B 2组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PRP关节腔内注射联合通络通痹汤治疗KOA可取得良好效果,显著缓解患者疼痛症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of platelet rich plasma(PRP)+Tongluo Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 90 patients with koa were randomly divided into a,B and C groups,30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Tongluo Tongbi Decoction,group B was treated with PRP intra-articular injection,and group C was treated with Tongluo Tongbi Decoction Combined with PRP.Results The total effective rate of 93.33%in group C was significantly higher than that of 70.00%in group A and 73.33%in group B(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05);the VAS score of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B at 2,8,12 and 16 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of PrP intra-articular injection combined with Tongluo Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of KOA can achieve good results and significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients.
