社区营造理念下历史建筑与建成环境的再生路径——以福建塔下土楼青普文化行馆为例

The Regeneration Path of Historical Buildings and Environment under the Concept of Community Building:Taking Fujian Qingpu Tulou Cultural Center as an Example

通过引介福建塔下土楼青普文化行馆更新与改造项目,提出以社区营造为导向的历史建筑与建成环境的再生路径:以满足新社区成员的需求为目标,从“人、文、地、景、产”5个面向出发,调和原住民意愿,转变农民身份,传承历史风貌,耦合土楼新功能,培育文旅产业,以此重塑人们心中的社区感,吸引年富劳力和优势人群的回归,从而改善乡村人地脱离的状态,引领传统聚落走上健康、可持续的发展之路,实现社会、经济、产业和文化的复兴。

Through introducing the regeneration and reconstruction project of Fujian Qingpu Tulou Cultural Center, this paper proposes a regeneration path of historic buildings and built environment guided by "Community Building" : to meet the needs of new community members as the goal, starting from five aspects including "people, culture, land, scenery and production", the project is to reconcile the wishes of the indigenous people, to transform the identity of the peasants, to inherit the historical features, to couple with the new functions of Tulou, and to cultivate the cultural tourism industry, in order to reshape the sense of community in people’s hearts, to attract young labor and dominant populations, thus to improve the rural state of humanland separation, and to lead traditional settlements on the road to a healthy and sustainable revival, finally to realize the revival of society, economy, industry and culture.
