摘要
针对测绘地理信息行业网络安全合规和违规行为并存的问题,本文从用户网络安全行为分析入手,构建了强化监管、弱化监管和常规监管等模式下的微分动力学模型。采用Lyapunov第二方法,求解这3类监管模式下微分方程组的平衡点并分析稳定性,研究网络安全待建者、违规者和合规者的相互转化关系,从而以量化指标来揭示网络安全行为的演变过程及其传播规律。在数量分析的基础上,给出促进合规行为、阻断违规行为的网络安全管理方法。通过开展数值验证,以确定稳定性分析和管理方法的合理性和可用性。
In response to the coexistence of cybersecurity compliance and violations in the surveying&mapping and geo information industry,starting from the analysis of cybersecurity behaviors,this study constructs a differential dynamics model under the modes of strengthening supervision,weakening supervision and conventional supervision.Lyapunov second method was used to solve the equilibrium points of the differential equation system and analyze the stability under the three types of supervision modes,and study the mutual transformation relationship between the cybersecurity normal users,the violation users and the compliance users,in order to reveal the evolution process and spread law of the cybersecurity behavior withquantitative indicators.On the basis of the above analysis,a management method is developed to promote compliance behaviors and block violation behaviors of cybersecurity user.A numerical verification is performed to evaluate the rationality and availability of stability analysis and management methods.
