摘要
随着经济的发展,企业进入了全新的市场发展阶段,其办公管理也开始尝试创新,但由于企业部门较多,组织较为复杂,内容复杂,需要办公室履行协调和服务等职责。因此,创新办公室管理方式,可有效提高企业的办公效率,大大提高企业的运营效率。基于此,论文重点分析了目前企业办公室管理存在的相关问题,并提出改善建议,以更好地改善企业办公室管理职能。
With the development of economy,the enterprise has entered a new stage of market development,and its office management has begun to try to innovate.However,due to the large number of enterprise departments,complex organization and complex content,the office needs to perform coordination and service responsibilities.Therefore,the innovation of office management mode can effectively improve the office efficiency of enterprises,and greatly improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.Based on this,the paper focuses on the analysis of the current problems of enterprise office management,and puts forward improvement suggestions,so as to better improve the function of enterprise office management.
