摘要
论文从厘清企业人力资源效能评价与管理的关键因素出发,明确企业人力资源效能管理的着力点,找到设定人力资源效能总目标及其目标分解的方法,并以此为依据构建企业人力资源效能管理的责任体系,促进人力资源效能目标的达成。
Starting from clarifying the key factors of human resources effectiveness evaluation and management in enterprises,this paper defines the focus of human resources effectiveness management in enterprises,finds the methods of setting the general objective of human resources effectiveness and its objective decomposition,and uses it as a basis to construct the responsibility system of human resources effectiveness management in enterprises,so as to promote the achievement of human resources effectiveness objective.
