Research on the Optimization of Inventory Management of C Supermarket

超市是零售行业的典型代表,论文针对C超市库存管理中存在的问题,将传统的ABC分类法进行了改进。传统的ABC分类法仅针对商品价值量进行分类,论文在此基础上提出了结合商品销售状况的改进的ABC分类法,将商品细分为A、B、C三个层次,并对每一层次提出了不同的管理方法,最后结合该超市重点管理商品的数据,采用单周期库存控制模型,找出了最优库存量,以期为同类型的商品管理提供参考。

Supermarket is a typical representative of the retail industry.Aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of C Supermarket,this paper improves the traditional ABC classification method.The traditional ABC classification method only reduces the value quantity of commodities as the basis for classification.Based on this,the paper puts forward an improved ABC classification method combined with the sales situation of commodities,subdivides the commodities into three levels:A,B,and C,and puts forward different management methods for each level.Finally,the paper combines the data of the supermarket's key management commodities and adopts a single-period inventory control model to find the optimal inventory,hoping to provide a reference for the management of the same type of commodities.
