摘要
大数据时代的到来给企业提供了一个全新的发展环境,是企业实现现代化发展的重要依托。为此,企业要积极迎合大数据时代的发展,自觉推进管理模式和管理手段的变革与创新。论文通过分析大数据时代对企业管理的有利影响,对企业人力资源管理的现状进行了重点探析,最后就企业人力资源管理的问题和不足提出了相应的变革策略和举措。
The advent of the era of big data provides a new development environment for enterprises,which is an important support for enterprises to achieve modern development.Therefore,enterprises should actively cater to the development of the era of big data,and consciously promote the reform and innovation of management mode and management means.By analyzing the favorable influence of big data era on enterprise management,this paper focuses on the current situation of enterprise human resources management,and finally puts forward corresponding reform strategies and measures for the problems and deficiencies of enterprise human resources management.
