论文针对企业人事档案管理现状,提出了借助大数据技术建立人员信息数据库的方案,确定了人事档案信息数据的分类录入内容和方法,分析了电子化管理在数据检索、统计分析、借阅管理等方面的优势,并提出了保障电子化信息安全的措施。

In view of the current situation of personnel archives management in enterprise,this paper puts forward the scheme of establishing personnel information database with the help of big data technology,determines the content and methods of classified entry of personnel archives information data,analyzes the advantages of electronic management in data retrieval,statistical analysis,borrowing management,and puts forward measures to ensure the safety of electronic information.
