摘要
随着我国近年来农业政策扶持和产业调整,生鲜市场规模的不断扩大催生了对生鲜农产品供应链管理的需求,同时由于受到疫情的影响,一大批生鲜电商乘势而起,生鲜农产品供应链逐步成为生鲜电商的核心竞争力。然而,我国生鲜农产品供应链上下游企业仍存在“各自为政”、缺乏信任与合作等现象,因而提升生鲜农产品供应链协同能力尤为重要。为此,论文以生鲜农产品供应链为研究对象,在剖析生鲜农产品供应链协同能力内涵的基础上,认为提升生鲜农产品供应链协同能力应关注战略、运营和响应,进而基于可持续发展理念的“驱动力-状态-响应”框架,确立了以“战略协同-运营协同-响应协同”为评价维度的概念模型。
With China's agricultural policy support and industrial adjustment in recent years,the continuous expansion of the fresh market has spawned the demand for fresh agricultural products supply chain management.At the same time,due to the impact of the epidemic,a large number of fresh e-commerce have taken advantage of the situation,and the fresh agricultural products supply chain has gradually become the core competitiveness of fresh e-commerce.However,the upstream and downstream enterprises of China's fresh agricultural products supply chain still have the phenomena of"not considering the overall situation",lack of trust and cooperation and so on.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the cooperative capability of fresh agricultural products supply chain.Therefore,this paper takes the fresh agricultural products supply chain as the research object.Based on the analysis of the connotation of fresh agricultural products supply chain synergy,this paper believes that improving the cooperative capability of fresh agricultural products supply chain should pay attention to strategy,operation and response,and then establishes a conceptual model with"strategic cooperation,operation cooperation and response cooperation"as the evaluation dimensions based on the"driving force,state and response"framework of the concept of sustainable development.
