摘要
某卫星时间延迟积分(TDI)CMOS焦平面组件是空间相机的核心部件之一,其工作温度是影响相机成像质量的关键因素。该卫星焦平面组件采用相变热管对CMOS传感器进行温度控制。相变热管的安装实施需要满足热设计需求、安全性需求,且不会对焦平面的拼接精度产生影响,属于关键过程和难点操作。论文提出了一种可靠的实施方法并进行了验证,确保最大限度吸收CMOS产生的热量,利用真空下焦平面组件温升试验对热设计和热实施方法进行了验证。
The CMOS focal plane component of a satellite time delay integration(TDI)is one of the core components of a space camera,and its working temperature is the key factor affecting the imaging quality of the camera.The satellite focal plane component uses phase change heat pipe to control the temperature of CMOS sensor.The installation and implementation of phase change heat pipe needs to meet the thermal design requirement and safety requirement,and will not affect the splicing accuracy of focal plane,which is a key process and difficult operation.The paper puts forward and verifies a reliable implementation method to ensure that the heat generated by CMOS can be absorbed to the maximum.The thermal design and thermal implementation method are verified by the temperature rise test for focal plane component under vacuum.
