摘要
在当前竞争激烈的市场环境下,企业想要实现可持续发展,就需要全面整合自身拥有的资源,打造自身的核心竞争力,从而在市场竞争中占有优势地位。人力资源作为企业拥有的一项重要资源已经得到了越来越多管理者的高度重视,而薪酬管理一直是企业管理中不可忽视的一个问题。论文从我国企业薪酬管理现状出发,针对问题及成因展开分析,并结合相关理论提出相应的对策及建议,以期为解决企业薪酬管理问题提供一定的参考。
In the current competitive market environment,if enterprises want to achieve sustainable development,they need to comprehensively integrate their own resources and create their own core competitiveness,so as to occupy an advantageous position in the market competition.As an important resource owned by the enterprise,human resources have been highly valued by more and more managers,and salary management has always been a problem that can not be ignored in enterprise management.Starting from the current situation of enterprise salary management in China,this paper analyzes the problems and causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions combined with relevant theories,so as to provide some reference for solving the problems of enterprise salary management.
