在我国推动“大众创业、万众创新”政策措施的背景下,事业单位也要投入创新创业管理。新时代下,事业单位应在了解国家提出的创业扶持、优惠政策、公民创业法律规章制度后,转变管理方式,提升创新创业的能力,构建优质的发展道路。论文从事业单位创新创业管理实施中的问题出发,探究事业单位创新创业管理实施的路径,以此增强事业单位创新创业管理的能力,为事业单位的现代化发展奠定良好的基础。

In the context of promoting"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"policy measures in China,public institutions should also invest in innovation and entrepreneurship management.In the new era,public institutions should change their management mode,improve their innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,and build a high-quality development path after understanding the entrepreneurial support,preferential policies,and laws and regulations on citizen entrepreneurship proposed by the state.Starting from the problems in the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship management in public institutions,this paper explores the implementation path of innovation and entrepreneurship management in public institutions,so as to enhance the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship management in public institutions and lay a good foundation for the modern development of public institutions.
