摘要
企业数字化转型加速了培训模式的业务重塑,催生出许多新型的培训组织形式,尤其是受疫情影响,对企业的培训冲击影响很大,线上直播培训越来越受企业青睐。论文基于教学媒体理论,从呈现力、重现力、传输能力、可控性与参与性5个维度,分析对比了常用的直播媒体的功能特征,分析了直播平台的教学功能特性以及在企业培训中的应用场景,并基于企业培训的本质,围绕培训组织的过程活动、培训内容维度以及培训目标3个方面,构建了2种基于直播平台的不同的企业培训模式,分别是基于直播平台的授管互动式培训模式、任务探究式培训模式,并阐述了2种培训模式的关键特征,以期为企业培训提供参照。
The digital transformation of enterprises has accelerated the business remodeling of the training mode and spawned many new forms of training organizations.Especially due to the impact of the epidemic,the impact on the training of enterprises is great.Online live training is increasingly favored by enterprises.Based on the theory of teaching media,this paper analyzes and compares the functional characteristics of common live media from five dimensions of presentation,reproducibility,transmission ability,controllability and participation,analyzes the teaching functional characteristics of live broadcasting platform and its application scenarios in enterprise training.Based on the nature of enterprise training,centered on the training organization's process activities,training content dimensions and training objectives,this paper constructs two different enterprise training modes based on the live broadcasting platform,namely the teaching and management interactive training mode based on the live broadcasting platform,and the task inquiry training mode,and expounds the key characteristics of the two training modes,so as to provide reference for the enterprise training.
