探析提升基层工会工作水平对助力国企高质量发展的作用

Analysis of the Role of Improving the Work Level of Grassroots Trade Union in Helping the High Quality Development of State-Owned Enterprises

随着市场经济的飞速发展,各行各业都取得了长足的发展与进步。同时,国有企业面临的外部环境日益复杂,如果依然沿用传统的管理和发展模式,必然影响企业的可持续发展。工会作为连接企业与员工的重要沟通桥梁,在推动国有企业稳定运行与发展中发挥了重要作用。在经济发展新形势下,国有企业的基层工会应当坚定政治立场,保障工人阶级利益,更有力地推动国有企业高质量发展。论文对国有企业基层工会的发展现状及存在的问题进行分析,并针对性地提出了有效开展基层工会工作推动国有企业稳定有序发展的策略。

With the rapid development of market economy,all walks of life have made considerable development and progress.At the same time,the external environment faced by state-owned enterprises has become increasingly complex.If the traditional management and development mode is still used,it will inevitably affect the sustainable development of enterprises.As an important communication bridge between enterprises and employees,trade union plays an important role in promoting the stable operation and development of state-owned enterprises.Under the new situation of economic development,the grassroots trade union of state-owned enterprises should strengthen its political position,protect the interests of the working class and more vigorously promote the high quality development of state-owned enterprises.This paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of grassroots trade union in state-owned enterprises,and contrapuntally puts forward strategies to effectively carry out grassroots trade union work to promote the stable and orderly development of state-owned enterprises.
