摘要
压力控制器是一种热控系统中经常使用的压力控制元件,对发电厂投运的设备或运行的系统具有超限报警及超限跳机的保护作用。当投运设备或运行系统的介质压力达到报警值时,压力控制器会触发报警信号到控制系统,提醒运行人员采取相应的措施;当投运设备或运行系统的介质压力达到停机值时,压力控制器会触发停机信号到控制系统,为保证设备或系统的安全运行,控制系统会自动停止投运的设备或运行的系统。鉴于此,论文论述了压力控制器在使用过程中经常出现的问题,介绍了提高压力控制器使用准确率的具体方法,以供参考。
The pressure controller is a pressure control element often used in the thermal control system.It has the protective functions of over-limit alarm and over-limit trip for the operating equipment or system of the power plant.When the medium pressure of the operating equipment or system reaches the alarm value,the pressure controller will trigger the alarm signal to the control system to remind the operators to take corresponding measures.When the medium pressure of the operating equipment or system reaches the shutdown value,the pressure controller will trigger the shutdown signal to the control system.In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment or system,the control system will automatically stop the operating equipment or system.In view of this,the paper discusses the problems that often occur during the use of the pressure controller,and introduces specific methods for improving the usage accuracy of the pressure controller,for reference.
