思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,以“党史”为重点内容的思政选择性必修课是落实党中央重大决策部署和立德树人任务的具体体现,是推动高校思政课模式转换和教学改革创新的必然要求,是现有思政4+1必修课程的有益补充和深入拓展,是对大学生进行以“党史”为重点内容的“四史”教育的路径延伸。思政选择性必修课需要在深研教学内容、教育对象、教学环境、教学手段的基础上,深入探讨以“党史”为重点内容的思政选择性必修课的建设目标、内容设置、资源配置、师资建设、组织实施,以及效果评估等各环节的逻辑关系,以实现思政课选择性必修课建设的模式转换和教学改革创新。

“Ideology and Politics”is a key course for carrying out the fundamental task of moral education,and making“Party History”a selective compulsory component of this course is an embodiment of the action taken to implement the decision of the Central Committee of CPC on moral education,and a prerequisite for enhancing quality and innovating teaching methods of the course“Ideology and Politics”in institutions of higher learning.It is an important complement and expansion of the present 4+1 syllabus in moral education,and a new path for educating college students in the“four histories”.The innovation of the course of Ideology and Politics requires a probe into the logical relations between the goals,targets,reallocation of resources,faculty build-up,organization and implementation strategies and result evaluation of the“Party History”component in order to achieve the purpose of curriculum reform and innovation.
