摘要
将“以创新型人才培养为主体,以科研教学互动为两翼”的教学模式概括为“一体两翼”,并以一体两翼为研究切入点,以建构主义理论、情境学习理论、探究式教学理论为理论基础,从前期、中期和后期三个阶段入手,阐述一体两翼背景下翻转课堂的教学过程;结合导入相对偏差模糊矩阵分析方法,对结合了科研项目驱动与翻转课堂教学两种方式的创新型人才培养模式绩效的评价方法进行解析,并以某地方本科院校工商管理专业本科学生为样本,对该评价机制进行实例分析。
The teaching mode of“taking innovative talents training as the main aspect and taking scientific research and teaching interaction as the two wings”is summarized as“one body with two wings”,and by using“one body with two wings”as research entrance point,constructivism theory,situational learning theory,inquiry teaching theory are elaborated firstly.Then,the flipped classroom teaching process under the background of“one body with two wings”is elaborated from the early,middle and later stage.Finally,by introducing relative deviation fuzzy matrix analysis method,the evaluation mechanism of the performance of innovative talent training model,which combines the driving of scientific research projects and flipped classroom teaching,has been analyzed,and the example analysis is completed by using he undergraduate students of business management major in a local undergraduate college as empirical analysis sample.
