乡村振兴背景下钦州市乡村旅游转型升级对策研究

The Transformation and Upgrading Countermeasures of Rural Tourism in Qinzhou Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

十九大报告明确提出要实施乡村振兴战略,发展乡村旅游产业是促进农村一二三产业深度融合发展,加快城乡交融共进,解决好"三农"问题的重要抓手。基于现阶段钦州市乡村旅游发展现状及存在的体验浅显单一、旅游产品深度开发不充分、基础设施建设滞后、投资主体狭窄等问题,从政策落实、品质提升、基础设施建设、旅游产品创新、投融资渠道等方面提出乡村振兴战略背景下钦州市乡村旅游持续健康发展的对策。

The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy and develop the rural tourism industry, which is an important starting point to promote the deep integration and development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries, accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas, and solve the problems for "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Based on the current situation and existing problems of rural tourism development in Qinzhou City, such as simple and single experience, insufficient in-depth development of tourism products, lagging infrastructure construction and narrow investors, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the sustainable and healthy development of rural tourism in Qinzhou under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy from the aspects of policy implementation, quality improvement, infrastructure construction, tourism product innovation, and investment and financing channels.
