营商环境的定量研究与分析方法综述

Review of Quantitative Research and Analysis Methods of Business Environment

自十八届三中全会首次提出"营商环境"以来,关于营商环境的研究受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。通过收集和整理国内外大量相关文献,首先阐述归纳营商环境的含义,然后以量化分析的视角对评价营商环境、分析影响营商环境的机制和营商环境对经济社会的作用等三个主要研究方向进行了全面系统性综述,为更多学者研究营商环境提供理论指导和定量方法的借鉴。

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee first proposed "business environment", the research on business environment has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad. By collecting and sorting out a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper first expounds and summarizes the meaning of business environment, and then comprehensively and systematically summarizes the three main research directions of evaluating business environment, analyzing the mechanism affecting business environment and the role of business environment on economy and society from the perspective of quantitative analysis. It provides theoretical guidance and quantitative methods for more scholars to study the business environment.
